The Contact Processor can be used to import contacts to studio from a CSV file located within an FTP folder (FTP or FTP over SSL are supported). All the files that exist in this folder will get picked so you may want to run 1 at a time. You can choose use the following Import modes:
1. Add
2. Update
3. Add/Update
4. Activate
5. Inactivate
6. Delete
The Schedule Data Processor allows to import contacts to Schedule Data.
1. Used to impose events for contacts that have an OutboundSchedule_ID.
2. Can insert events for any outbound that has had a Schedule.
3. Based on these events other outbounds like Email, SMS and Cloud Connect can be triggered.
